Abusive Husband

Some husbands are physically and emotionally abusive. Usually if he is physically abusive, he will be emotionally abusive also—because he is a bully. There is never an excuse for this! Sometimes a husband can just be emotionally abusive. He will enjoy demeaning you and putting you down, very often in front of your friends or anyone you are with—because he doesn’t have a high opinion of himself and by demeaning you it gives him power over you. He is a bully. Eleanor Roosevelt, who knew what it was like to be emotionally abused once said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your permission.” Don’t allow your husband to get away with this!
